Horton Wellbeing Café is aimed at adults aged 18 and over and living in the Selby District, who have mental health issues or concerns, and their family members and carers.
The cafés are held weekly and fortnightly in community venues in Selby, Eggborough, Tadcaster and Sherburn.
Venues are wheelchair accessible.
Our Wellbeing Café provides informal sessions and activities in a safe and relaxed atmosphere.
The café delivers a range of sessions including: confidence building, assertiveness, emotional resilience, housing advice, healthy eating and benefits advice. Many of the sessions are delivered in partnership with other organisations and are suitable for people with learning disabilities.
You are welcome to bring a carer or support worker with you to the sessions.
