Full Description
Street Reach is a service for people, aged 18 and over, who have experience rough sleeping or street begging in Calderdale.
We have emergency accommodation and can help you move into a more long-term home.
We will work alongside you to help you achieve your housing, health and wellbeing, and employment goals.
We also provide the Calderdale Tenancy Sustainment Service for people who need support to manage and sustain a tenancy independently. Referral to this service is through Street Reach only.
