If you believe one of our tenants is causing anti-social behaviour, we promise to:
- Listen to everything you say in a fair and unbiased way.
- Treat all reports you make seriously and in a sensitive manner.
- Keep your report confidential.
- Clearly explain to you any action we intend to take.
- Keep you regularly updated with what is happening by contacting you every two weeks, unless we agree an alternative with you.
- Ask for your feedback on how we dealt with your complaint.

Alternatively, you can fill out our Anti-Social Behaviour Reporting Form here and email it to headoffice@hortonhousing.co.uk.
We promise to respond to your complaint within five working days and keep you informed about any actions we take.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, or if there is a crime in progress, please call the Police Emergency number on 999.
If the crime if not an emergency, please contact the Police on 101 or you can report a crime anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or through their website www.crimestoppers-uk.org
