If you live in a Horton Housing property, and are experiencing anti-social behaviour, then we promise to:
- Listen to what has happened.
- Treat what you tell us confidentially.
- Look at the situation and see if we can come up with a solution.
- Take action to resolve the problem.
- Get other people involved, for example the police or the Council, if you agree it is the best thing to do.
- Keep you informed about what is happening about your complaint.
If you are unsure about whether or something is anti-social or not, then please talk to your support worker.
To report anti-social behaviour, speak to your support worker. You can also contact our Head Office number on 01274 370689, email headoffice@hortonhousing.co.uk or use our contact form.
Alternatively, you can fill out our Anti-Social Behaviour Reporting Form here and email it to headoffice@hortonhousing.co.uk.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, or if there is a crime in progress, please call the Police Emergency number on 999.
If the crime if not an emergency, please contact the Police on 101 or you can report a crime anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or through their website www.crimestoppers-uk.org
