If you are a tenant and we receive a complaint about your behaviour, we will:

  • Talk to you about the complaint and why your behaviour may be a problem.
  • Tell you what we expect you to do about it.
  • Encourage you to behave in a more responsible manner, and look at whether another agency can help you if you are having problems that are causing you to behave in an anti-social way.
  • Take action immediately if your behaviour is threatening our staff, other residents or anyone else, including neighbours and visitors.
  • Take legal action to evict you if necessary.
  • Call the police or take other legal action if necessary.
  • Advise you how you can appeal if you do not agree with the way we have resolved the complaint.
