Horton Intervention and Prevention Service is based in Kirklees and is for people who are 16 and over.
HIPS provides support in the community. We will work alongside you to help you achieve your housing, health and wellbeing, and employment goals.

We work with other organisations, commissioned by Kirklees Council, to support people in the Kirklees district. The group is called the Kirklees Better Outcomes Partnership (KBOP).
