Full Description

CASTRS is a drop-in service that offers information, advice and support for people who are experiencing or are at risk of homelessness.

Staff are available to help you with:

  • information on other support services
  • calls to other services
  • Benefit claims, PIP (Personal Independence Payment), ESA (Employment and Support Allowance) and JSA (Jobseeker’s Allowance) sanctions and appeals
  • Collecting proof of ID (identity). 

The drop-in has computers to fill out online applications and search for jobs and training courses.

CASTRS runs every Wednesday from 10am to 2pm at Horton’s Training Centre.
