Street Reach provides prevention and support services for people who are 18 years and over and rough sleeping or street begging in Calderdale.
We work flexibly to engage with people who are homeless, securing short-term accommodation and helping them to move into longer-term settled accommodation.
We have emergency accommodation (crash pads) and also offer a bond scheme to help people who are homeless to move into private rented accommodation.
This is a short-term service with support lasting up to three months. We work with a range of partners to secure longer-term support where necessary.
If you see someone street begging, sleeping rough, or evidence that someone is sleeping rough get in touch using the contact details above.
