The cafés are held weekly and fortnightly in community venues in Selby, Eggborough, Tadcaster, Riccall and Sherburn. Venues are wheelchair accessible. Our Wellbeing Café provides informal sessions and activities in a safe and relaxed atmosphere. The café delivers a range of sessions including: confidence building, assertiveness, emotional resilience, housing advice, healthy eating and benefits advice. Many of the sessions are delivered in partnership with other organisations and are suitable for people with learning disabilities.
